Last week we talked about the decision making process. For those that need help, the six steps involved are:
1 - Define the Problem
2 - Identify the Choices
3 - Evaluate advantages/disadvantages of the choices
4 - Choose one of the choices
5 - Acting on the choice
6 - Evaluate the choice
Think of a situation in which you had to make a decision. Briefly go through the steps to explain what the problem was, what you options were, the advantages/disadvantages of each option, the choice you made, and whether you were happy with the choice.
